What is Psychotherapy

Before Starting Counselling

  • Appointments Only:

    Counselling is only available by appointment.

  • AgeLimit:

    Our service is limited to individuals and young couples aged 18 to 45.

  • Session Fee and Duration:

    Please pay the fee before each session. Each session takes 30 minutes to 1 hour. The first session costs Rs.2000 for clients in India and Rs.3000 for clients outside India. The first session may take longer, with a maximum duration of 1 hour. If the session exceeds 1 hour, you will need to pay an additional fee of Rs.500 for every 15 minutes for clients in India and Rs.750 for those outside India, only if the counsellor is available. Otherwise, a separate session must be booked. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes; for clients in India, the cost is Rs.1000, and for those outside India, it is Rs.1500. If follow-up sessions exceed 30 minutes, the additional cost is Rs.500 for every 15 minutes for clients in India and Rs.750 for those outside India.

  • Languages:

    Sessions are exclusively offered in Malayalam and English.

  • Recording Policy:

    You are not allowed to record counselling sessions. Legal action may be taken if you do so.
